Spectators: 6729 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Bastian Campen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Melusinental's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Henglarn the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Melusinental was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bastian Campen to maneuver through the defense. Georg Marke took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henning Meyer. Melusinental's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richard Hoff in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christer Kosack saved Henglarn from getting behind. Christer Kosack came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Melusinental's Fidel Berner. But to his dismay, Fidel Berner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With an all-out effort, Henglarn's Henning Meyer threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maximilian Sziedat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Melusinental's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Maximilian Sziedat scored to the left of an out of position Henning Meyer, making the score, 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Friedrich Krinke during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 played minutes Henglarn got a freekick which was hit by Friedrich Krinke. Richard Hoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Fidel Berner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christer Kosack was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Fidel Berner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Melusinental's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Berner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christer Kosack breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christer Kosack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Berner, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Fidel Berner came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Melusinental fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Berner couldn't finish the play. Christer Kosack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Hoff in the 35th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Maximilian Sziedat made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Melusinental's Frederik Minge got a free kick in the 51st minute. Christer Kosack made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Richard Hoff sent off a good shot on target. Maximilian Sziedat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 66 in the game by Fidel Berner from a close distance when the talented Christer Kosack managed to make a qualified save. Henglarn's players were relieved. Fidel Berner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Melusinental's Richard Hoff in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Henglarn's goalie prevented a goal. In the 72nd minute Fidel Berner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Kosack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fidel Berner's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Christer Kosack skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 87 minutes into the game, Melusinental's Fidel Berner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christer Kosack made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Henglarn's Christer Kosack proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Henglarn from getting a goal against them. Leandro Heidingsfelder hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Despite being the better team, Melusinental failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
