Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abdelaziz Domröse got the match started through his kick off. Marcel Barges scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armin Zensen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 14 minutes into the game, Marcel Barges was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Backenberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Birgen the free kick. Marcel Barges kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Birgen's Armin Zensen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Meister in the 19th minute of play. Armin Zensen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Beneyto Arago, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 22 minutes of play, Backenberg's Klemens Aicher made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armin Zensen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Birgen's Allan Haid got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute Ismael Meister shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Zensen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Klemens Aicher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armin Zensen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Till Kuhnert kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Marcel Barges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Zensen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 48 minutes into the game, Klemens Aicher cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Armin Zensen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Ismael Meister's late challenge caught a Birgen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Morten Hölzer charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Morten Hölzer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Morten Hölzer hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the game, Tommy Beneyto Arago recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Armin Zensen. Armin Zensen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Barges in the 95th minute of the match. Armin Zensen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Barges in the 97th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 100 minutes, Armin Zensen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Backenberg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
