Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hugo Knabe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Andy Roth took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edward Achterdeck. Edward Achterdeck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Daubenbornerhof getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Willy Mix hit a great ball. Gerd Eduard Drostel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Schubert having to interfere. Edward Achterdeck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Roth's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute, Gerd Eduard Drostel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Heinrich Link could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Edward Achterdeck made a huge save. Heinrich Link sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The nice shot from Heinrich Link in the 32ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Edward Achterdeck had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Roth in the 37th minute of play forced 1. FC Ratzeburg's goalkeeper Edward Achterdeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, 1. FC Ratzeburg's Thierry Braunheim seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Thierry Braunheim the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 1. FC Ratzeburg protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Thierry Braunheim had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 43 played minutes 1. FC Ratzeburg got a freekick which was hit by Thierry Braunheim. 45 minutes into the match, Daubenbornerhof's Klaus Birk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edward Achterdeck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 46 minutes of play, Daubenbornerhof's Heinrich Link made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edward Achterdeck was left in no man's land by his defense there!

When Heinrich Link came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Daubenbornerhof fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heinrich Link couldn't finish the play. Edward Achterdeck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heinrich Link's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. A throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game was made by Eugen Benkel with Willy Mix as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 1. FC Ratzeburg's Edward Achterdeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heinrich Link in the 66th minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Andy Roth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Daubenbornerhof's Heinrich Link in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1. FC Ratzeburg's goalie prevented a goal. Andy Roth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Achterdeck having to interfere. In the 84th minute Heinrich Link shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Achterdeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Heinrich Link managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Daubenbornerhof's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heinrich Link was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Daubenbornerhof fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Daubenbornerhof's Andy Roth looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 1. FC Ratzeburg's Edward Achterdeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heinrich Link in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Daubenbornerhof's Andy Roth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edward Achterdeck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Daubenbornerhof players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
