Spectators: 7577 (Terracing: 5683, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) Sean Kallenbrunnen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Achaz Störmer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enno Chille's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. After 5 played minutes GÖZTEPE got a freekick which was hit by Roger Bakunin. In the 13th minute, Kostja Sass got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Biersdorf's Marco Dickopf managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kurt Konerding in the 23 minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Enno Chille ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Achaz Störmer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Achaz Störmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enno Chille in the 27th minute of play. After some careless play in the GÖZTEPE defense, Marco Dickopf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Achaz Störmer. The GÖZTEPE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Achaz Störmer should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute Enno Chille shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achaz Störmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Enno Chille sped through GÖZTEPE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Achaz Störmer. Marco Dickopf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enno Chille fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achaz Störmer having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, one of Biersdorf:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 47th minute of the game, GÖZTEPE got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enno Chille in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Achaz Störmer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enno Chille fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achaz Störmer having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Mátyás Balázs got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 60 minutes, Enno Chille managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Biersdorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enno Chille was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, GÖZTEPE's goalkeeper Achaz Störmer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mátyás Balázs. Lovis Kindel kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Achaz Störmer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 66th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ditmar Peschke. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Enno Chille managed to get in a good position for a shot. Biersdorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Enno Chille was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Achaz Störmer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Achaz Störmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enno Chille in the 72nd minute of play. Jonas Lang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Nestor Makhno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 minutes of play, Biersdorf's Enno Chille made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Achaz Störmer was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th minute, Enno Chille got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Enno Chille in the 88th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Biersdorf's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
