Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) The supporters of Weßmar booed when Zschortau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siegfried Kircher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albo Brehmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glenn Ruck having to interfere. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zschortau's goalkeeper Glenn Ruck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bastian Schwalm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heinrich Dräger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Josef Thul managed to get in a good position for a shot. Weßmar's supporters rose to their feet, but Josef Thul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Glenn Ruck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zschortau's Glenn Ruck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Zschortau from getting a goal against them. Glenn Ruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albo Brehmer in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Albo Brehmer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Glenn Ruck was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Bastian Schwalm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Heinrich Dräger went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Merijan Peeger's late challenge caught a Weßmar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Merijan Peeger helped the player get up and apologised. Josef Thul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albo Brehmer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Glenn Ruck came out and tried to block the shot, but Albo Brehmer slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albo Brehmer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Glenn Ruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albo Brehmer in the 55th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Josef Thul left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Weßmar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. If Josef Thul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glenn Ruck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Koffler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 76 minutes into the game, Weßmar's Albo Brehmer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Glenn Ruck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albo Brehmer in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Glenn Ruck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Josef Thul sped through Zschortau's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Glenn Ruck. Josef Thul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glenn Ruck having to interfere. Albo Brehmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glenn Ruck having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, Zschortau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helge Radtke to maneuver through the defense. Walter Rilke kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
