Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcus Recknagel kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Gereon Wingert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Götz Rohmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Recknagel in the 4th minute of the match. If Emil Schlebusch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gereon Wingert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Götz Rohmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reicheneck FSV's Jaden Dörner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Reicheneck FSV from getting a goal against them. Leonard Streicher hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Jaden Dörner made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Gianni Scherrmann sent off a good shot on target. Gereon Wingert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Götz Rohmann having to interfere. Götz Rohmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gereon Wingert, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Marcus Recknagel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Götz Rohmann was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Gereon Wingert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Götz Rohmann having to interfere. Jaden Dörner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emil Schlebusch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 35 minute of play. 42 minutes into the game Slaven Hebel kicked a great long shot which passed Jaden Dörner straight ahead into the goal, Result 2-0. One couldn't see Slaven Hebel behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. If Emil Schlebusch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emil Schlebusch made a kick off. When Benrath's Gianni Scherrmann in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Reicheneck FSV's goalie prevented a goal. 2-1 became the score in the 53rd minute when Marcus Recknagel elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Emil Schlebusch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Emil Schlebusch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gereon Wingert scored 2-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Götz Rohmann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benrath's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Marcus Recknagel scored to the left of an out of position Götz Rohmann, making the score, 2-3. Knut Berntsen took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaden Dörner. Jaden Dörner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Marcus Recknagel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Götz Rohmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Benrath's zone, Marcus Recknagel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Götz Rohmann came out of the goal and Marcus Recknagel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pete Garnschröder hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Reicheneck FSV's Jaden Dörner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianni Scherrmann in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute Gianni Scherrmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaden Dörner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
