With a little luck, Oberwipper FC's Loris Ehrlich got control of the ball when Andy Neitzel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andy Neitzel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Loris Ehrlich skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Andy Neitzel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andy Neitzel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loris Ehrlich having to interfere. FC Union Bindow got a freekick which was hit by Paul Geibel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dustin Heuchel in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Springer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 40 minutes, Andy Neitzel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1. FC Union Bindow's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andy Neitzel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Kosmas Woyke made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes 1. FC Union Bindow got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Wider. Kosmas Woyke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Springer having to interfere. Dustin Heuchel struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Adam Springer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oberwipper FC. After 59 minutes, Paul Geibel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1. FC Union Bindow and the Oberwipper FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Loris Ehrlich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Neitzel, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Oberwipper FC's Matti Mackensen got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 65th match minute, Oberwipper FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gianni Korte to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute of the match Carsten Plump sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Loris Ehrlich skillfully saved the ball. Loris Ehrlich stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andy Neitzel's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. A collision led to Oberwipper FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Matti Mackensen hit a great ball. When Andy Neitzel came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the 1. FC Union Bindow fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andy Neitzel couldn't finish the play. FC Union Bindow booed when Oberwipper FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gianni Korte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oberwipper FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andy Neitzel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 88th minute, Kosmas Woyke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Kosmas Woyke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oberwipper FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kosmas Woyke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Springer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Loris Ehrlich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andy Neitzel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dustin Heuchel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dustin Heuchel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Adam Springer firmly grabbed it by the left post.
