Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Robert Laukenmann made the kick off and thus started the match. Alvo Faller took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boubacar Ofori. Boubacar Ofori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 8 minutes of play, TSV Laim's Johann Beideler made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boubacar Ofori was left in no man's land by his defense there! TB Richen's Boubacar Ofori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Bahr in the 12th minute of play. Johann Beideler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boubacar Ofori having to make a save. Hubert Münst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boubacar Ofori having to interfere. After 22 played minutes TB Richen got a freekick which was hit by Robert Laukenmann. Boubacar Ofori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johann Beideler, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Volker Labsch during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, TB Richen's Volker Labsch got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, one of TB Richen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TB Richen. Hubert Rupalla shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Boubacar Ofori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johann Beideler in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Johann Beideler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boubacar Ofori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, TSV Laim's Sandro Bahr made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boubacar Ofori was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Sandro Bahr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TSV Laim's Tobias Muchow proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save TSV Laim from getting a goal against them. Johann Beideler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boubacar Ofori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. When Mario Stevens fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TB Richen's protests and gave Mario Stevens a yellow card for diving instead. TSV Laim's Klaus Greve was substituted for Hubert Rupalla. After the first half TSV Laim were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johann Beideler was the one to do the kick off. Boubacar Ofori stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvo Faller's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. With a little luck, TB Richen's Boubacar Ofori got control of the ball when Johann Beideler tried to sneak it across the goal line. Volker Labsch hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Boubacar Ofori made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Johann Beideler sent off a good shot on target. Sandro Bahr scored 0-4 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boubacar Ofori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th minute, Alvo Faller fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 70 minutes into the match, TB Richen's goal looked a bit too open when Alvo Faller came free, but Boubacar Ofori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes in the game, Corvin Kreissler dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 77th match minute, TSV Laim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Münst to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Corvin Kreissler managed to get in a good position for a shot. TB Richen's supporters rose to their feet, but Corvin Kreissler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Muchow breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobias Muchow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corvin Kreissler in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Corvin Kreissler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Muchow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TB Richen's Boubacar Ofori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save TB Richen from getting a goal against them. TSV Laim's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
