Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Philipp Fuchtel kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes FC Trani got a freekick which was hit by Harry Furthmüller. Wilfried Goldberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philipp Fuchtel, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Wilhelm Noth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Philipp Fuchtel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fortuna Ballendorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Philipp Fuchtel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfried Goldberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arthur Alt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jörg Haller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabio Popitz got free with Wilfried Goldberg in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Philipp Fuchtel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfried Goldberg having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Gottlieb Klöffer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Trani's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fortuna Ballendorf the free kick. In the 25th match minute, FC Trani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottlieb Klöffer to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Ambrosius Lunau sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Trani's Wilfried Goldberg didn't even have to move. If Arthur Alt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fortuna Ballendorf's Jörg Haller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Noth in the 31st minute of play. If Christof Overkamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Christof Overkamp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilfried Goldberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Christof Overkamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wilfried Goldberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philipp Fuchtel in the 44th minute of play. Wilfried Goldberg made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Christof Overkamp sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 49 minutes, Philipp Fuchtel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortuna Ballendorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philipp Fuchtel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

FC Trani's Gottlieb Klöffer got his second yellow card of the match in the 53rd minute. The referee ordered Gottlieb Klöffer off the ground. Gottlieb Klöffer kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute of the match Ambrosius Lunau shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilfried Goldberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Fortuna Ballendorf's goalkeeper Jörg Haller had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arthur Alt. A collision led to FC Trani getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Wilhelm Noth hit a great ball. There was no doubt that Fortuna Ballendorf were the better team. Fortuna Ballendorf's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
