The Maschhaupt FC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Maschhaupt FC's Hippo Bucher looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Sven Schwarzelühr stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Wilfried Goldberg. 5-1. After 77 minutes of play, Maschhaupt FC's Björn Kunert made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The Maschhaupt FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Fredo Verheyen came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Trani's Wilhelm Noth. But to his dismay, Wilhelm Noth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. Wilfried Goldberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Brockschmidt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90thth minute of the game Hippo Bucher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Trani's Wilfried Goldberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 92 minutes, Gottlieb Klöffer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Trani and the Maschhaupt FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maschhaupt FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
