Victor Mölleken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ephraim Haak in the 46th minute of play. The Bruchflage players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Meuselwitz were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriano Schugens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ephraim Haak got free with Victor Mölleken in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriano Schugens in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jochen Hornung saved Meuselwitz from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano Schugens in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jochen Hornung prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rainder Lux in the 85th minute of play forced Meuselwitz's goalkeeper Jochen Hornung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91stth minute of the game Adriano Schugens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meuselwitz's Jochen Hornung was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rainder Lux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jochen Hornung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Meuselwitz had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
