Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Turul FC's Zvonimir Wienands started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Steffen Pradt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ephraim Haak in the 3rd minute. Ephraim Haak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Pradt having to interfere. Steffen Pradt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Kuhn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Turul FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Meuselwitz:s goal. A hard shot 18 in the game by Ephraim Haak from a close distance when the talented Steffen Pradt managed to make a qualified save. Turul FC's players were relieved. Zvonimir Wienands received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jochen Hornung tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Kuhn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Steffen Pradt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 played minutes Turul FC got a freekick which was hit by Wenzel Naujoks. After a defensive mix-up in Turul FC's zone, Mehmet Kuhn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steffen Pradt came out of the goal and Mehmet Kuhn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute Mehmet Kuhn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Pradt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Turul FC's goalkeeper Steffen Pradt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ephraim Haak. If Haiko Pohl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Meuselwitz's Erdal Neuwinger got a free kick in the 34th minute. A collision led to Meuselwitz getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Erdal Neuwinger hit a great ball. Dennis Kala took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jochen Hornung. Meuselwitz's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Meuselwitz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erdal Neuwinger to maneuver through the defense. Jochen Hornung stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zvonimir Wienands's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Mehmet Kuhn made the kick off in the second half. Erdal Neuwinger charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erdal Neuwinger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Zvonimir Wienands had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ephraim Haak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes Turul FC got a freekick which was hit by Anselm Jakob. In the 61st minute, Turul FC's Zvonimir Wienands dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. When Meuselwitz's Ephraim Haak in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Turul FC's goalie prevented a goal. Haiko Pohl took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jochen Hornung. Jochen Hornung dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 74 minutes into the game, Meuselwitz's Mehmet Kuhn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Steffen Pradt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Turul FC's zone, Ephraim Haak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steffen Pradt came out of the goal and Ephraim Haak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Kuhn in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steffen Pradt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Zvonimir Wienands had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mehmet Kuhn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mehmet Kuhn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ephraim Haak in the 93rd minute of play forced Turul FC's goalkeeper Steffen Pradt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Kuhn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Steffen Pradt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Turul FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Meuselwitz.
