Manuel Reuß made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Florian Kratz sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Oberbockraden booed when Quinnzisex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geert Bosold didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florian Kratz had several of the Oberbockraden's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Manuel Reuß as he didn't even see the shot coming. Jonathan Brouwer scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roland Kirch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Florian Kratz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Manuel Reuß skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Oberbockraden's zone, Johannes Exner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Reuß came out of the goal and Johannes Exner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Johannes Exner hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Florian Kratz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Reuß having to interfere. Florian Kratz struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Manuel Reuß didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quinnzisex. Florian Kratz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Manuel Reuß when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jonathan Brouwer struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Roland Kirch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oberbockraden. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florian Kratz made a kick off. Quinnzisex's Roland Kirch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Quinnzisex from getting a goal against them. In the 84thth minute of the game Florian Kratz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oberbockraden's Manuel Reuß was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Johann Hufenstuhl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Reuß read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Florian Kratz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Geert Bosold managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quinnzisex's supporters rose to their feet, but Geert Bosold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Manuel Reuß breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Kratz in the 89th minute of play forced Oberbockraden's goalkeeper Manuel Reuß to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Lindlmair hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When Johann Hufenstuhl came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Quinnzisex fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johann Hufenstuhl couldn't finish the play.
