Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Viktor Bülow got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Oliver Ünlü got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabrizio Schwantes hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Oliver Ünlü received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Frederik Wichtel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Olav Winkels fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nieukerker Bruch's protests and gave Olav Winkels a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes Nieukerker Bruch got a freekick which was hit by Olav Winkels. In the 15th minute, Nieukerker Bruch's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Romed Canel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Oliver Ünlü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Romed Canel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Aachener FC got a freekick which was hit by Paul Müller. After a defensive mix-up in Nieukerker Bruch's zone, Romed Canel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederik Wichtel came out of the goal and Romed Canel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frederik Wichtel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romed Canel in the 36th minute of play. Frederik Wichtel didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 38th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Oliver Ünlü's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frederik Wichtel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Romed Canel made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Aachener FC's Oliver Ünlü nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frederik Wichtel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Frederik Wichtel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Ünlü in the 55th minute of play. Frederik Wichtel came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Aachener FC's Romed Canel. But to his dismay, Romed Canel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Nieukerker Bruch's Frederik Wichtel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romed Canel in the 63rd minute of play. Frederik Wichtel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Ünlü, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Nieukerker Bruch's goal looked a bit too open when Romed Canel came free, but Frederik Wichtel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66thth minute of the game Romed Canel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nieukerker Bruch's Frederik Wichtel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute of the match, Viktor Bülow tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gero Hörnle saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Nieukerker Bruch booed when Aachener FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermann Boehme didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Nieukerker Bruch's Viktor Bülow in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, André Wischnowsky quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Oliver Ünlü had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romed Canel in the 89th minute of play forced Nieukerker Bruch's goalkeeper Frederik Wichtel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romed Canel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederik Wichtel having to interfere. When Marcel Bayer fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aachener FC's protests and gave Marcel Bayer a yellow card for diving instead. Marcel Bayer kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Aachener FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
