Daniel Höcketstaller's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ilja Sieg firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Croatia United's Ilja Sieg got control of the ball when Daniel Höcketstaller tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Owen Witlatschil made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Heinz Fiedler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Höcketstaller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. Langenbaum's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Höcketstaller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilja Sieg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Enriko Töpper could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Wilhelm Rehbach however easily saved by the left post. Langenbaum's Wilhelm Rehbach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heinz Fiedler in the 74th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Naohiro Hoff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilhelm Rehbach. Langenbaum's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Naohiro Hoff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Timm Thielmann kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the game, Daniel Höcketstaller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ilja Sieg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enriko Töpper got free with Wilhelm Rehbach in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Höcketstaller might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilja Sieg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Höcketstaller ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Höcketstaller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
