Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Uno Börnert started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Wichlinghauserhöfe's Joseph Kleiner got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 6th minute, Wichlinghauserhöfe's Uno Börnert ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horst Dreher. Horst Dreher yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Uno Börnert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Philipp Rathje sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claas Fey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes Wichlinghauserhöfe got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Fehrmann. Luka Strohmayer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Ipek having to interfere. Luka Strohmayer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Benjamin Ipek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wichlinghauserhöfe's Benjamin Ipek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luka Strohmayer in the 30th minute of play. After 32 minutes of play, Lautern FC's Luka Strohmayer made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benjamin Ipek was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Luka Strohmayer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Gero Mense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wichlinghauserhöfe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lautern FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Wichlinghauserhöfe:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lautern FC:s goal. Horst Dreher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uno Börnert in the 49th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luka Strohmayer to strike the kick off in the second half. Horst Dreher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Uno Börnert went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of Wichlinghauserhöfe booed when Lautern FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norman Schick didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luka Strohmayer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Lautern FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Norman Schick hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklas Thiel in the 77th minute of play forced Lautern FC's goalkeeper Horst Dreher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautern FC's Claas Fey got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frederik Wanner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Luka Strohmayer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Luka Strohmayer came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Lautern FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luka Strohmayer couldn't finish the play. Benjamin Ipek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philipp Rathje, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Claas Fey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uno Börnert struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Horst Dreher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wichlinghauserhöfe.
