A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Karlheinz Tripp put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ilja Sieg. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hein Friedmann to make the kick off. Ilja Sieg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hein Friedmann in the 73rd minute of the match. Hein Friedmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilja Sieg having to interfere.
