Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC HEP's Wilfried Langensiepen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Dimo Stupp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leidenhausen's supporters rose to their feet, but Dimo Stupp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amerigo Hilligloh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 4th minute, Ingmar Köbler made a precise shot to the right of Amerigo Hilligloh. FC HEP's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Amerigo Hilligloh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bastiaan Meis in the 6th minute of the match. When Sydney Büttgenbach fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leidenhausen's protests and gave Sydney Büttgenbach a yellow card for diving instead. Jonas Ehinger was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Wilfried Langensiepen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Einar Nellessen having to make a save. After 19 played minutes Leidenhausen got a freekick which was hit by Dimo Stupp. Amerigo Hilligloh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Köbler in the 22nd minute of play. Ingmar Köbler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amerigo Hilligloh having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Bastiaan Meis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Cezanne's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Einar Nellessen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 30th minute, Dimo Stupp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Cezanne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einar Nellessen having to interfere. José Cezannes short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Einar Nellessen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. José Cezanne might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Einar Nellessen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Cezanne ran back to his position shaking his head. If Bastiaan Meis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingmar Köbler made a kick off. Göran Stockhaus tried in the game's 52nd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Amerigo Hilligloh. An annoying self made goal, 0-2. In the 61st minute, Lukas Bechmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute Ingmar Köbler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Hilligloh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bastiaan Meis got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-3 in the right cross in the 74th match minute before Amerigo Hilligloh had time to react. Amerigo Hilligloh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingmar Köbler in the 77th minute of the match. Amerigo Hilligloh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingmar Köbler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC HEP's goalkeeper Amerigo Hilligloh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 90 minutes, Dimo Stupp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leidenhausen and the FC HEP players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Leidenhausen getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Dimo Stupp hit a great ball. Jonas Ehinger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Einar Nellessen. Leidenhausen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Leidenhausen eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
