The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Sydney Büttgenbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Sydney Büttgenbach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leidenhausen's supporters rose to their feet, but Sydney Büttgenbach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benny Klöckner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sydney Büttgenbach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kai von Stein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Dustin Bopp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Einar Nellessen. Leidenhausen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dustin Bopp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 13 played minutes Ramsen FSV got a freekick which was hit by Florian Staffelt. The supporters of Ramsen FSV booed when Leidenhausen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sydney Büttgenbach didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ramsen FSV getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Adam Hunger hit a great ball. Ingmar Köbler struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Benny Klöckner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leidenhausen. If Ingmar Köbler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Timotheus Kliemt's shot from long distance in the 22nd minute was not bad at all, but Ramsen FSV's Benny Klöckner knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Leidenhausen's Einar Nellessen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ansgar Thieringer in the 25th minute of play. If Dustin Bopp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute of the match Hanno Schleimer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benny Klöckner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Ramsen FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Köbler came free, but Benny Klöckner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bastiaan Meis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benny Klöckner having to interfere. Mosche Witteler's late challenge caught a Leidenhausen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mosche Witteler helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ramsen FSV getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Mosche Witteler hit a great ball. Bastiaan Meis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Benny Klöckner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Ramsen FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Köbler came free, but Benny Klöckner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benny Klöckner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bastiaan Meis in the 36th minute. Ingmar Köbler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bastiaan Meis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Benny Klöckner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benny Klöckner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Köbler in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingmar Köbler was the one to do the kick off. Benny Klöckner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingmar Köbler, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Bastiaan Meis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benny Klöckner having to interfere. Benny Klöckner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Köbler in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Ingmar Köbler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benny Klöckner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingmar Köbler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adam Hunger kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bastiaan Meis in the 69th minute of play forced Ramsen FSV's goalkeeper Benny Klöckner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ramsen FSV's zone, Bastiaan Meis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benny Klöckner came out of the goal and Bastiaan Meis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute, Dustin Bopp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Einar Nellessen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Leidenhausen's Bastiaan Meis got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bastiaan Meis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benny Klöckner having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bastiaan Meis in the 87th minute of play forced Ramsen FSV's goalkeeper Benny Klöckner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benny Klöckner came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Leidenhausen's Sydney Büttgenbach. But to his dismay, Sydney Büttgenbach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Ingmar Köbler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benny Klöckner having to interfere. Ramsen FSV were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Leidenhausen's much stronger midfield.
