After a rather tough play, FC Baden Kraichgau's Jochen Flad got a free kick in the 8th minute. 12 minutes into the match, FC Baden Kraichgau's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Bresack came free, but Gretel Spörle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gretel Spörle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörg Wessendorf, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Gretel Spörle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörg Wessendorf in the 22nd minute of play. Jochen Flad's late challenge caught a Suttrop FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jochen Flad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd match minute, FC Baden Kraichgau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jochen Flad to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, FC Baden Kraichgau's goal looked a bit too open when Jörg Wessendorf came free, but Gretel Spörle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Gretel Spörle successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 32 minutes into the game, Suttrop FC's Emanuel Basten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gretel Spörle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steffen Kilz got free with Gretel Spörle in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gretel Spörle made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Steffen Kilz sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, FC Baden Kraichgau's goalkeeper Gretel Spörle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octavian Rochow. In the 44th minute Khalid Rudwaleit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gretel Spörle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC Baden Kraichgau's Gretel Spörle got control of the ball when Emanuel Basten tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The wind increased when Jörg Wessendorf made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Octavian Rochow ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gretel Spörle was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. A collision led to FC Baden Kraichgau getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Nikolaus Räthe hit a great ball. The supporters of Suttrop FC booed when FC Baden Kraichgau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Mühlenbruch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gretel Spörle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörg Wessendorf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustav Mühlenbruch kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Suttrop FC's Jörg Wessendorf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gretel Spörle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The audience was convinced that Octavian Rochow's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gretel Spörle was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Gretel Spörle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Basten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC Baden Kraichgau defense, Khalid Rudwaleit kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gretel Spörle. The FC Baden Kraichgau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gretel Spörle should have stopped the shot. Gretel Spörle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Bresack in the 87th minute of the match. Gretel Spörle came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Suttrop FC's Alessandro Bresack. But to his dismay, Alessandro Bresack quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 95 minutes into the game, Emanuel Basten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Gretel Spörle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Suttrop FC fully deserved thier win.
