Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jörg Wessendorf started the match with the kick off. If Roger Bieniok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrico Melcher might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Witold Anton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrico Melcher ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Suttrop FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Khalid Rudwaleit hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the game, FC Lenzen's Henrico Melcher nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Witold Anton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Alessandro Bresack hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Suttrop FC's Steffen Kilz got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Roger Bieniok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jörg Wessendorf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, FC Lenzen's Khalid Marsching got control of the ball when Emanuel Basten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolf Suek fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 33rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. When Emanuel Basten, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 37 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Khalid Marsching was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Emanuel Basten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the FC Lenzen defense, Emanuel Basten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khalid Marsching. The FC Lenzen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khalid Marsching should have stopped the shot. The attack was good, but when Emanuel Basten in the 46th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roger Bieniok stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Basten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulrik Greth hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Basten in the 65th minute of play forced FC Lenzen's goalkeeper Khalid Marsching to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Basten struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Khalid Marsching didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Suttrop FC. Witold Anton made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Kilian Bilger sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute Emanuel Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Marsching saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessandro Bresack sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steffen Kilz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Basten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khalid Marsching having to interfere. In the 84th minute Roger Bieniok shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witold Anton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Lenzen's Roger Bieniok slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Witold Anton. That made the score 1-2 after 87 minutes of play. FC Lenzen's Khalid Marsching played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Basten in the 90th minute of play. Witold Anton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrico Melcher in the 91st minute. When Roger Bieniok came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the FC Lenzen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Bieniok couldn't finish the play. Chants of FC Lenzen echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Suttrop FC had held the ball for most of the match.
