The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a left leg Friedrich Beisel saved Barcelona Juniors from getting behind. 23 minutes into the game, Neusitz's Marcel Romstedt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Friedrich Beisel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Alexander Olbrich could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Friedrich Beisel made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Barcelona Juniors's zone, Marcel Romstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Friedrich Beisel came out of the goal and Marcel Romstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Friedrich Beisel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Olbrich in the 38th minute. Sam Pehr charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sam Pehr the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexander Olbrich took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Friedrich Beisel. Friedrich Beisel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. There was no doubt that Neusitz were the better team. Neusitz's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
