Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marcel Romstedt made the kick off which started today's match. Heidrich Holzfuß's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Kucharczyk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrick Baum in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Kucharczyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Heidrich Holzfuß fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Kucharczyk having to interfere. Thomas Kucharczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Baum in the 16th minute of play. Radolf Gruber hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Marcel Romstedt was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Alexander Olbrich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Holzmann having to interfere. Thomas Kucharczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Baum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Holzmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Olbrich in the 24th minute. Patrick Baum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kirchbauna's Heidrich Holzfuß got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 37 played minutes Kirchbauna got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Baum. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexander Olbrich got free with Sebastian Holzmann in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thomas Kucharczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Baum in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Basil Zielinski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kirchbauna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Neusitz the free kick. In the 43rd match minute, Kirchbauna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basil Zielinski to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Christos Schützinger hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrick Baum made a kick off. A collision led to Neusitz getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Roy Majewski hit a great ball. Sebastian Holzmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Romstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcel Romstedt in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastian Holzmann saved Kirchbauna from getting behind. Sebastian Holzmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Romstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The Neusitz fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Neusitz's Marcel Romstedt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sebastian Holzmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Olbrich, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 73 minutes into the game, Georg Ulrich Bisswurm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Neusitz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kirchbauna the free kick. 79 minutes into the match, Neusitz's goalkeeper Thomas Kucharczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Heidrich Holzfuß. During the 81st minute of the match Radolf Gruber completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Radolf Gruber a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Radolf Gruber hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Vinzenz Diehl, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Heidrich Holzfuß managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kirchbauna's supporters rose to their feet, but Heidrich Holzfuß was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Kucharczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 87 minutes, Christos Schützinger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Neusitz and the Kirchbauna players grew even worse after the yellow card. Christos Schützinger hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Kirchbauna's Patrick Baum in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Neusitz's goalie prevented a goal. When Patrick Baum, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 92 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Thomas Kucharczyk was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 94th match minute, Kirchbauna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wolf-Rüdiger Thal to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute Christos Schützinger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Holzmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Kirchbauna players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Neusitz from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
