Ahmed Kuschminder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niklas Hutmacher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helmold Länge's late challenge caught a L.E. GrünWeiß's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Helmold Länge helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of L.E. GrünWeiß booed when Kottweil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helmold Länge didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Kottweil getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Frido Meiswinkel hit a great ball. If Erik Franke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Niklas Hutmacher came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Kottweil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Hutmacher couldn't finish the play. Niklas Hutmacher got in the 78th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ahmed Kuschminder handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Kottweil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frido Meiswinkel to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Erik Möller sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kottweil's Harald Peters didn't even have to move. The supporters of Kottweil booed when L.E. GrünWeiß's Ahmed Kuschminder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Franke in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Amadeo Raeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niklas Hutmacher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
