A hard shot 5 in the game by Frederik Gleissner from a close distance when the talented Tord Bergamenter managed to make a qualified save. Profibolzer's players were relieved. Profibolzer's Lennart Möst got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Velten Wegl reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tord Bergamenter. The goal made the score 1-0. Tord Bergamenter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velten Wegl in the 16th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Frederik Gleissner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olsbrücken FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederik Gleissner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frederik Gleissner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Tord Bergamenter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stephan Andreowsky showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delron Zischewski in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Velten Wegl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tord Bergamenter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Olsbrücken FSV's Velten Wegl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tord Bergamenter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Jonas Sperlich in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tord Bergamenter, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Profibolzer's Tord Bergamenter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Profibolzer from getting a goal against them. Tord Bergamenter came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Olsbrücken FSV's Velten Wegl. But to his dismay, Velten Wegl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 44 minutes into the match, Profibolzer's goalkeeper Tord Bergamenter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederik Gleissner. Tord Bergamenter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederik Gleissner in the 46th minute. In the 47th match minute, Profibolzer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Schnur to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Velten Wegl made a kick off. Tord Bergamenter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velten Wegl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Meral Wedekind was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Profibolzer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olsbrücken FSV the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Frederik Gleissner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olsbrücken FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Frederik Gleissner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tord Bergamenter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 73 played minutes Profibolzer got a freekick which was hit by Dirk Hauschild. 74 minutes into the match, Profibolzer's goal looked a bit too open when Velten Wegl came free, but Tord Bergamenter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldur Campen kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Velten Wegl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tord Bergamenter was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Samir Schott's late challenge caught a Olsbrücken FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samir Schott helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th match minute, Profibolzer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samir Schott to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 88 minutes, Velten Wegl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olsbrücken FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Velten Wegl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Velten Wegl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tord Bergamenter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederik Gleissner, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Profibolzer's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
