Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wesley Stingl took the kick off in the first half of the match. Theodor Humke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sven Teufel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Lothar Merten in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Schierenplack FSV's Theodor Humke. The supporters of ΑΕΚ Αthens FC booed when Schierenplack FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theodor Humke didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Stingl in the 23rd minute of play forced Schierenplack FSV's goalkeeper Ragnar Künast to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Theodor Humke was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Schierenplack FSV's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 30 played minutes Schierenplack FSV got a freekick which was hit by Kalle Schädlich. Schierenplack FSV's Theodor Humke managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lothar Merten in the 35 minute of the game. After having played for 37 minutes, Remo Kühn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schierenplack FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remo Kühn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernd Asmus hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Sven Teufel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theodor Humke in the 55th minute of the match. Lothar Merten made in the 57th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Helmut Vogt immediately put the ball in play. 63 minutes into the game, Wesley Stingl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ragnar Künast was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bernd Asmus charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernd Asmus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Schierenplack FSV's Bernd Asmus got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 80 played minutes Schierenplack FSV got a freekick which was hit by Bernd Asmus. In the 81st match minute, Schierenplack FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Held to maneuver through the defense. After 84 played minutes Schierenplack FSV got a freekick which was hit by Serge Thieltges. Wesley Stingl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lysander Kirchner came free in the 93rd minute and tried to tip the ball over Sven Teufel, but to the joy of ΑΕΚ Αthens FC's supporters the ball went over. When the final whistle went the supporters of ΑΕΚ Αthens FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Schierenplack FSV side.
