Unterhaching's Niklas Kala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Haskamp in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Unterhaching's goalkeeper Niklas Kala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, FC Superrarebears's goal looked a bit too open when Norman Kreuz came free, but Thilo Blees reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 29 minutes, Arthur Haskamp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Superrarebears's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arthur Haskamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jules Edinger hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Unterhaching's Niklas Kala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pawel Budde in the 34th minute of play. Gustav Wallenstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Kala having to interfere. The FC Superrarebears fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when FC Superrarebears's Arthur Haskamp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pit Wüst might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niklas Kala. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pit Wüst ran back to his position shaking his head. After 45 minutes of play, FC Superrarebears's Pawel Budde made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niklas Kala was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Unterhaching players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Superrarebears were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norman Kreuz was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Unterhaching's goal looked a bit too open when Pawel Budde came free, but Niklas Kala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arthur Haskamp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Superrarebears's Pawel Budde got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gustav Wallenstein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Haskamp in the 74th minute of play forced Unterhaching's goalkeeper Niklas Kala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Ben Deriu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Superrarebears's supporters rose to their feet, but Ben Deriu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niklas Kala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Pawel Budde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th minute, Klaus Czerwinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 84 minutes, Pawel Budde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Superrarebears's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pawel Budde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Niklas Kala managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when FC Superrarebears's Pit Wüst fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pawel Budde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Niklas Kala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Pawel Budde put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Niklas Kala. FC Superrarebears played a much better game than Unterhaching and deserved their victory. The Unterhaching players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
