Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Wemmatia's Karlo Carnitz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Unterhaching's goalkeeper Niklas Kala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lothar Riedel. In the 7th minute, Robert Naber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th play minute Lothar Riedel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Niklas Kala. 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Norman Kreuz notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Wemmatia's Calvin Oswald. Calvin Oswald was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Norman Kreuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Oswald having to interfere. When Lothar Riedel came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Wemmatia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lothar Riedel couldn't finish the play. Niklas Kala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karlo Carnitz in the 27th minute of the match. Lothar Riedel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Niklas Kala managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Wemmatia's Lothar Riedel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Lothar Riedel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karlo Carnitz in the 41st minute of play forced Unterhaching's goalkeeper Niklas Kala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karlo Carnitz in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niklas Kala saved Unterhaching from getting behind. In the last second Niklas Kala throw himself and got hold of the ball when Karlo Carnitz in the 44thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After having played for 46 minutes, Felix Gerstenmaier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unterhaching's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Gerstenmaier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th match minute, Wemmatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Friedrich Juhr to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norman Kreuz to strike the kick off in the second half. When Udo Föttinger fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wemmatia's protests and gave Udo Föttinger a yellow card for diving instead. If Norman Kreuz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Lothar Riedel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niklas Kala was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. A collision led to Wemmatia getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Karlo Carnitz hit a great ball. If Felix Gerstenmaier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Robert Naber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Calvin Oswald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norman Kreuz's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 84th minute Norman Kreuz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calvin Oswald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Gerstenmaier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calvin Oswald made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Felix Gerstenmaier sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the match, Felix Gerstenmaier notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Wemmatia's Calvin Oswald. Calvin Oswald was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 95 minutes into the match, Wemmatia's Lothar Riedel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niklas Kala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
