Thilo Blees was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thilo Blees stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benni Erdogan's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. The supporters of FC Superrarebears booed when Vikings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ehrhard Bollmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Hubert Anhalter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arthur Haskamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Vikings getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Stephan Leyh hit a great ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Arthur Haskamp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Superrarebears's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arthur Haskamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Vikings's zone, Pit Wüst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Falk Veigel came out of the goal and Pit Wüst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olof Dahms made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Superrarebears's Hubert Anhalter. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for FC Superrarebears. Pit Wüst stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Falk Veigel. 1-2. Gustav Wallenstein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Falk Veigel having to interfere. Vikings's Falk Veigel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Anhalter in the 40th minute of play. Pit Wüst's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Falk Veigel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gustav Wallenstein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Falk Veigel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Haskamp in the 46th minute of play forced Vikings's goalkeeper Falk Veigel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Thilo Blees showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benni Erdogan in the 53rd minute of the match. Arndt Riester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ben Deriu kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Thilo Blees was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Thaddäus Kebeis. Arthur Haskamp might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Falk Veigel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arthur Haskamp ran back to his position shaking his head. Thilo Blees made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stephan Leyh in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute Benni Erdogan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thilo Blees saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pit Wüst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Falk Veigel having to interfere. Pit Wüst succeeded in the game's 73rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. Hubert Anhalter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Arthur Haskamp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Falk Veigel was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Thilo Blees made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arndt Riester in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, FC Superrarebears's Gustav Wallenstein got a free kick in the 82nd minute. FC Superrarebears's Hubert Anhalter got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
