Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gunther Kreis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Mauz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Neulend's goalkeeper Gunther Kreis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kai Mauz. After some careless play in the Neulend defense, Kai Mauz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunther Kreis. The Neulend fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunther Kreis should have stopped the shot. In the 17th match minute, Neulend was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heinz Schmieta to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Neulend's zone, Clint Hocker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunther Kreis came out of the goal and Clint Hocker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Neulend's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kai Mauz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The Altengesees fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Altengesees's Kai Mauz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hans Alt kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Neulend's Heinz Schmieta got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute, Altengesees's Clint Hocker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. In the 37th match minute, Neulend was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heinz Schmieta to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Neulend's zone, Christoph Königs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunther Kreis came out of the goal and Christoph Königs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 40 played minutes Neulend got a freekick which was hit by Nat Kissling. Clint Hocker was extremely unlucky when he, in the 44th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Gunther Kreis made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Kai Mauz sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clint Hocker was the one to do the kick off. Patrick Oliver Gallasch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Neulend booed when Altengesees was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nepomuk Ehler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christoph Königs hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Patrick Oliver Gallasch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 minutes, Durs Grupe made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Altengesees's Cem Kerber tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dag Heß came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Neulend fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dag Heß couldn't finish the play. Neulend's Gunther Kreis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clint Hocker in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Lester Hertäg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Gunther Kreis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nepomuk Ehler during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Neulend's Sebastian Anderson was substituted for Durs Grupe. Nepomuk Ehler kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Cem Kerber made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Sebastian Anderson sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Altengesees's Kai Mauz got a free kick in the 86th minute. Gunther Kreis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clint Hocker, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Altengesees's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Anderson came free, but Cem Kerber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
