Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Trochtelfingen's Hemmo Dommert started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th play minute Lothar Riedel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dante Nievelstein. 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Trochtelfingen's goalkeeper Dante Nievelstein had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Friedrich Juhr. Trochtelfingen's Dante Nievelstein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlo Carnitz in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Trochtelfingen got a freekick which was hit by Peter Gehling. Lothar Riedel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Nievelstein having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Peter Gehling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trochtelfingen's Dante Nievelstein proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Trochtelfingen from getting a goal against them. In the 20th match minute, Trochtelfingen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Gehling to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Pieter Ulbricht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Trochtelfingen's goalkeeper Dante Nievelstein had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lothar Riedel. 26 minutes into the match, Trochtelfingen's goal looked a bit too open when Karlo Carnitz came free, but Dante Nievelstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lothar Riedel hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karlo Carnitz was the one to do the kick off. Lothar Riedel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Trochtelfingen getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Christopher Kielholz hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Wim Curlisca shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Nievelstein showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Trochtelfingen defense, Friedrich Juhr kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Nievelstein. The Trochtelfingen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Nievelstein should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Lothar Riedel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Nievelstein was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Lothar Riedel struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Dante Nievelstein didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wemmatia. In the 73rd minute, Karlo Carnitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wemmatia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 76 minutes into the game, Salvatore Rodekamp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wemmatia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trochtelfingen the free kick. Salvatore Rodekamp kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Hemmo Dommert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trochtelfingen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hemmo Dommert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lothar Riedel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Dante Nievelstein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Peter Gehling reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Calvin Oswald. The goal made the score 3-1. Lothar Riedel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Nievelstein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Wemmatia could leave the field as winners, despite Trochtelfingen having more of the ball for most of the match.
