JenMar RS's Bernhard Donnerbauer got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 12 minutes, Harald Terstege managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JenMar RS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harald Terstege was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcio Hebel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernhard Donnerbauer in the 14th minute. Bernhard Donnerbauer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Marcio Hebel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcio Hebel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinhart Hecke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uwe Bertelmann kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Uwe Bertelmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Hoppe made a kick off. If Bernhard Donnerbauer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. FC Esile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kai Carlebach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Marcio Hebel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kai Carlebach in the 90th minute of play. Marcio Hebel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinhart Hecke in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Kai Carlebach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcio Hebel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. JenMar RS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
