Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gordian Scholzen made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute, Ingvar Andrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Hallescher FC Chemie's Tom Capezzuto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erich Haubach. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. 9 minutes into the match, Ingmar Bernhard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Konrad Frieb. Hallescher FC Chemie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ingmar Bernhard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ingmar Bernhard struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Konrad Frieb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Giesensand FC. If Ingmar Bernhard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gordian Scholzen came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Giesensand FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gordian Scholzen couldn't finish the play. Ekin Wiedemann kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gordian Scholzen in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Konrad Frieb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 played minutes Hallescher FC Chemie got a freekick which was hit by Tom Capezzuto. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gordian Scholzen in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konrad Frieb saved Hallescher FC Chemie from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingmar Bernhard in the 31st minute of play forced Hallescher FC Chemie's goalkeeper Konrad Frieb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Hallescher FC Chemie got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Andrak. Konrad Frieb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gordian Scholzen in the 37th minute of play. Ingmar Bernhard struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Konrad Frieb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Giesensand FC. Andre Mense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konrad Frieb stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingmar Bernhard's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Giesensand FC's Erich Haubach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Capezzuto in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tom Capezzuto to strike the kick off in the second half. Tom Capezzuto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Umberto Husserl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erich Haubach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Konrad Frieb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gordian Scholzen in the 62nd minute of play. A hard shot 66 in the game by Ingmar Bernhard from a close distance when the talented Konrad Frieb managed to make a qualified save. Hallescher FC Chemie's players were relieved. If Gordian Scholzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingmar Bernhard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konrad Frieb having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingmar Bernhard got free with Konrad Frieb in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gordian Scholzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gordian Scholzen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ingmar Bernhard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giesensand FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
