Spectators: 5728 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Stefano Breitling-Becker kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Hansjörg Kala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Korbel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Stefano Breitling-Becker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Storp's goalkeeper Harold Gelb, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wolfgang Delzepich during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes FC Haudanem got a freekick which was hit by Wolfgang Delzepich. Anton Korbel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hansjörg Kala in the 14th minute of play. Mark Strunck received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Harold Gelb came out and tried to block the shot, but Mark Strunck slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 16th minute. When Theodor Behnke came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Storp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theodor Behnke couldn't finish the play. After 24 played minutes FC Haudanem got a freekick which was hit by Mark Strunck. After 26 minutes, Karsten Landgraf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Haudanem and the Storp players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Haudanem's Karsten Landgraf got a free kick in the 26th minute. Dieter Guderian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Harold Gelb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefano Breitling-Becker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 37 played minutes Storp got a freekick which was hit by Udo von Egidy. FC Haudanem's Stefano Breitling-Becker got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Gerd Winitzki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anton Korbel. FC Haudanem's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerd Winitzki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Gerd Winitzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Korbel having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hansjörg Kala to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Anton Korbel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Harold Gelb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorsten Meister in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of Storp booed when FC Haudanem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siegfried Thomas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the FC Haudanem defense, Theodor Behnke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anton Korbel. The FC Haudanem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anton Korbel should have stopped the shot. Karsten Landgraf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 71 in the game by Theodor Behnke from a close distance when the talented Anton Korbel managed to make a qualified save. FC Haudanem's players were relieved. Theodor Behnke in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anton Korbel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to FC Haudanem getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Wolfgang Delzepich hit a great ball. Anton Korbel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 75th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Holder Szurmant. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodor Behnke in the 77th minute of play forced FC Haudanem's goalkeeper Anton Korbel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harold Gelb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Strunck, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Heiko Hoffner reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anton Korbel. The goal made the score 2-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefano Breitling-Becker in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harold Gelb prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stefano Breitling-Becker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
