Frank Hofmeier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Tim Brenner made a huge save. Hasse Förster hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Immanuel Scharnhorst charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After having played for 34 minutes, Siegfried Hammermüller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wenkendorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siegfried Hammermüller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Klement Klinkmüller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jürg Auchter in the 36th minute of the match. Thomas Rihm kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Jürg Auchter in the 41st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Klement Klinkmüller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slaven Schmirgal in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slaven Schmirgal in the 47th minute of play forced RafKas 2008's goalkeeper Klement Klinkmüller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Slaven Schmirgal made a kick off. If Slaven Schmirgal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jürg Auchter came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Wenkendorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jürg Auchter couldn't finish the play. Wenkendorf's Slaven Schmirgal got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Wenkendorf's Slaven Schmirgal in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jürg Auchter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Klement Klinkmüller made a huge save. 71 minutes into the match, RafKas 2008's goal looked a bit too open when Slaven Schmirgal came free, but Klement Klinkmüller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Thomas Rihm was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. In the 73rd match minute, RafKas 2008 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Rihm to maneuver through the defense. If Jürg Auchter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klement Klinkmüller stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Slaven Schmirgal's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slaven Schmirgal in the 82nd minute of play forced RafKas 2008's goalkeeper Klement Klinkmüller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd match minute, RafKas 2008 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Rehmet to maneuver through the defense. When Jürg Auchter came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Wenkendorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jürg Auchter couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Slaven Schmirgal in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klement Klinkmüller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. RafKas 2008's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Slaven Schmirgal 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-1. In the 94th minute, Siegfried Hammermüller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jürg Auchter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Klement Klinkmüller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wenkendorf's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
