Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Slaven Schmirgal got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Immanuel Scharnhorst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the match, Storp's Holder Szurmant broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Gerd Winitzki hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Slaven Schmirgal scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harold Gelb, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Storp's zone, Jürg Auchter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harold Gelb came out of the goal and Jürg Auchter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the game, Slaven Schmirgal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Harold Gelb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute, Slaven Schmirgal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Storp's goalkeeper Harold Gelb, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Philipp Schnurr hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Jürg Auchter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harold Gelb. Storp's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jürg Auchter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Hasse Förster hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hansjörg Kala to make the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Storp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heiko Hoffner to maneuver through the defense. Hansjörg Kala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jürg Auchter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dominik Bakunin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tim Brenner. Wenkendorf's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hansjörg Kala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Wenkendorf's Hasse Förster got a free kick in the 84th minute. Tim Brenner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Theodor Behnke's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Tim Brenner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hansjörg Kala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Udo von Egidy during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Udo von Egidy hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 96 played minutes Storp got a freekick which was hit by Holder Szurmant. Jürg Auchters short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Harold Gelb to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Wenkendorf's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
