Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Slaven Schmirgal took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Allstars Dortmund's goalkeeper Lionel Lantz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jürg Auchter. Aljoscha von Stetten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jürg Auchter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lionel Lantz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Slaven Schmirgal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jürg Auchter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lionel Lantz having to interfere. Slaven Schmirgal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jürg Auchter in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lionel Lantz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Allstars Dortmund's zone, Slaven Schmirgal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lionel Lantz came out of the goal and Slaven Schmirgal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aljoscha von Stetten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 played minutes, Allstars Dortmund's Ivo Wilbois shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tim Brenner came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Allstars Dortmund reached it. After having played for 36 minutes, Slaven Schmirgal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wenkendorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slaven Schmirgal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aljoscha von Stetten to make the kick off. Erich Neuber's late challenge caught a Allstars Dortmund's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erich Neuber helped the player get up and apologised. Lionel Lantz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jürg Auchter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rainer Minten kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Jürg Auchter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Slaven Schmirgal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jürg Auchter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Lionel Lantz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lionel Lantz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Slaven Schmirgal's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Wenkendorf's Hasse Förster got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Tim Brenner successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aljoscha von Stetten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tim Brenner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Hasse Förster was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wenkendorf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Allstars Dortmund the free kick. A collision led to Wenkendorf getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Hasse Förster hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Allstars Dortmund's Tim Brenner threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rainer Minten, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jürg Auchter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lionel Lantz having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Allstars Dortmund's zone, Slaven Schmirgal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lionel Lantz came out of the goal and Slaven Schmirgal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st match minute, Allstars Dortmund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Kimpel to maneuver through the defense. Slaven Schmirgal took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lionel Lantz. Lionel Lantz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Wenkendorf's Slaven Schmirgal got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Wenkendorf were the better team. Wenkendorf's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
