Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Fenerbahce314's Dominik Schnelle started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Emmerich Manegold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Karl-Georg Riegert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Georg Riegert stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Theodor Bothe's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Fenerbahce314's Karl-Georg Riegert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emmerich Manegold in the 9th minute of play. Wallhausen's Nikolaus Schick got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karl-Georg Riegert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emmerich Manegold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dominik Schnelle didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 18th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Dominik Schnelle ran dejectedly back to his position. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Forster got free with Arnulf Grillemeier in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Gonzalo Tebje had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Peter Mächtel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Theodor Bothe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Guido Hauer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbahce314's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wallhausen the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jochen Talbach in the 28th minute of play forced Wallhausen's goalkeeper Arnulf Grillemeier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bob Austermann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 32nd play minutes Theodor Bothe shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Karl-Georg Riegert and just under the crossbar into goal. Anton Forster struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Arnulf Grillemeier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenerbahce314. After having played for 41 minutes, Bob Austermann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wallhausen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bob Austermann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Theodor Bothe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Theodor Bothe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Georg Riegert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Karl-Georg Riegert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theodor Bothe, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Arnulf Grillemeier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Hauer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute Anton Forster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnulf Grillemeier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casimir Romberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnulf Grillemeier. Wallhausen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Patrick Schöndorf kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Theodor Bothe struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Karl-Georg Riegert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wallhausen. Wallhausen's Emmerich Manegold got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theodor Bothe in the 74th minute of play forced Fenerbahce314's goalkeeper Karl-Georg Riegert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fenerbahce314's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Emmerich Manegold scored to the left of an out of position Karl-Georg Riegert, making the score, 1-2. Theodor Bothe had several of the Fenerbahce314's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Karl-Georg Riegert as he didn't even see the shot coming. Theodor Bothe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Fenerbahce314's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Peter Mächtel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 86th minute, Moritz Protzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Anton Forster left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerbahce314 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Guido Hauer took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnulf Grillemeier. Arnulf Grillemeier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Fenerbahce314 succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Wallhausen had controlled the match.
