Gabriel Ascaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarkko Laatikainen, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Mert Günok played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's goal looked a bit too open when Adria Bielsa came free, but Mert Günok reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Futbol Sevenler Kulübü defense, Adria Bielsa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mert Günok. The Futbol Sevenler Kulübü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mert Günok should have stopped the shot. Özgür Özbek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gabriel Ascaso made a huge save. Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Özgür Özbek was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gabriel Ascaso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 40 minutes, Özgür Özbek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özgür Özbek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mert Günok showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 43rd minute of the match. Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ascaso having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jarkko Laatikainen made a kick off. Gabriel Ascaso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Özgür Özbek went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Omar Toledo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Mert Günok made a huge save. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarkko Laatikainen in the 63rd minute of the match. Spain's Carles Cherro was substituted for Omar Toledo. Gustav Kvick hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Marc Granström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Ascaso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Spain were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jon Cubero took the corner. In the 81stth minute of the game Jarkko Laatikainen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spain's Gabriel Ascaso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Sergio Ruiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mert Günok. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Ruiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Carles Cherro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Mert Günok made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Spain walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
