Christof Baier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 10th minute, Friedo Scherbaum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christof Baier was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Bernhard Schwarzkopff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Mertendorf FC's Michael Waldschmidt seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Michael Waldschmidt the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mertendorf FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Michael Waldschmidt had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Mertendorf FC:s Christof Baier showed great skill when he stopped Ubbo Kremer:s penalty. Christof Baier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ubbo Kremer went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the game, Heigenkam's Bernhard Schwarzkopff nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernhard Schwarzkopff in the 28th minute of play forced Mertendorf FC's goalkeeper Christof Baier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Bernhard Schwarzkopff notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Mertendorf FC's Christof Baier. Christof Baier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st match minute, Heigenkam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernhard Schwarzkopff to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Mertendorf FC defense, Ubbo Kremer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christof Baier. The Mertendorf FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christof Baier should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute, Heigenkam's Alfonso Holthoff dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0. Lars Oliver Johannsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Bernhard Schwarzkopff reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christof Baier. The goal made the score 8-0.

The wind increased when Lars Oliver Johannsen made the kick off in the second half. The Heigenkam fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Heigenkam's Bernhard Schwarzkopff looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 58th match minute, Mertendorf FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidor Böttcher to maneuver through the defense. Toni Kerstan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Mertendorf FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Karl Schiele hit a great ball. Karl Schiele could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Sebastian Dannemann made a huge save. Christof Baier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toni Kerstan went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. In the 72nd match minute, Mertendorf FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikolas Bockisch to maneuver through the defense. When Ubbo Kremer came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Heigenkam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubbo Kremer couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Mertendorf FC booed when Heigenkam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Holthoff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mertendorf FC's Christof Baier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Kerstan in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubbo Kremer in the 81st minute of play forced Mertendorf FC's goalkeeper Christof Baier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Bernhard Schwarzkopff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christof Baier was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. In the 86th minute, Friedo Scherbaum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, Heigenkam's goalkeeper Sebastian Dannemann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Oliver Johannsen. Christof Baier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubbo Kremer in the 89th minute of play. Christof Baier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernhard Schwarzkopff went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Heigenkam fully deserved thier win.
