Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Vorberg FC's Max Brünen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Vorberg FC from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 5 in the game by Pitt Gotthard from a close distance when the talented Max Brünen managed to make a qualified save. Vorberg FC's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Lemmy Sylvester kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Max Brünen. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Spike Schwarz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burkhard Wolf having to interfere. Volkmar Pott hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Heider FC's Marko Kurtz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Max Brünen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pitt Gotthard scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Max Brünen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Heider FC's Pitt Gotthard got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Wrede in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Max Brünen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christof Drebes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Max Brünen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Heider FC's Burkhard Wolf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wolfgang Bernard in the 33rd minute of play. Burkhard Wolf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spike Schwarz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute, Spike Schwarz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pitt Gotthard struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Max Brünen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heider FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Wrede in the 39th minute of play forced Vorberg FC's goalkeeper Max Brünen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Jonas Wrede who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vorberg FC's Max Brünen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hajo Seyller during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vorberg FC's Hajo Seyller got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Vorberg FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Marko Kurtz scored to the left of an out of position Max Brünen, making the score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wolfgang Bernard was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Heider FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Christof Drebes hit a great ball. After 54 played minutes Vorberg FC got a freekick which was hit by Hajo Seyller. In the 56th minute, Pitt Gotthard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heider FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 59th minute Christof Drebes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Brünen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pitt Gotthard in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Max Brünen saved Vorberg FC from getting behind. Jonas Wrede fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Brünen having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Pitt Gotthard made a precise shot to the right of Max Brünen. Vorberg FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Christof Drebes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Jonas Wrede got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Heider FC made a substitution. Flavio Fornahl replaced Severin Kretschmer. The supporters of Vorberg FC booed when Heider FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Fornahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wolfgang Bernard in the 76th minute of play forced Heider FC's goalkeeper Burkhard Wolf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christof Drebes took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Max Brünen. Max Brünen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Wrede in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Max Brünen saved Vorberg FC from getting behind. Max Brünen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pitt Gotthard's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Spike Schwarz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
