Tirgrathsfeld's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilles Mohs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Tirgrathsfeld's Shingo Böhlen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Gilles Mohs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jakob Piepenburg having to make a save. Jakob Piepenburg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shingo Böhlen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sydney Haak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

FC Bayern München's Jakob Piepenburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shingo Böhlen in the 51st minute of play. If Dix Kromm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney Haaks short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Jost Werlberger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A sloppy throw-in by Robert Gulatz in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Tirgrathsfeld's Stefan Engeser. Guido Stöckle made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Theodor Hacker however managed to control. After 61 played minutes FC Bayern München got a freekick which was hit by Tammo Riepert. 63 minutes into the match, FC Bayern München's goal looked a bit too open when Shingo Böhlen came free, but Jakob Piepenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilles Mohs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Piepenburg having to interfere. Jakob Piepenburg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shingo Böhlen went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Shingo Böhlen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jakob Piepenburg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jakob Piepenburg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Weise, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. With his leg Jost Werlberger managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when FC Bayern München's Dix Kromm fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sandor Funkel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jost Werlberger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Tirgrathsfeld's Jost Werlberger got control of the ball when Robert Gulatz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tirgrathsfeld's Jost Werlberger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Tirgrathsfeld from getting a goal against them. Shingo Böhlen might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jakob Piepenburg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shingo Böhlen ran back to his position shaking his head. Jakob Piepenburg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shingo Böhlen in the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, FC Bayern München's goal looked a bit too open when Shingo Böhlen came free, but Jakob Piepenburg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, FC Bayern München was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tammo Riepert to maneuver through the defense.
