Esau Preuße fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Michel having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pitt Gross to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game when Jürgen Lauterwasser tried to clear up in front of the goal it happened that the ball rolled into goal via right pole. An extremely disappointing self made goal which led to 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esau Preuße got free with Mario Michel in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pitt Gross sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes Hoser got a freekick which was hit by Luca Gauweiler. After 60 minutes, Lothar Beith mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hoser and the Welkershausen FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, Lothar Beith hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esau Preuße fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Michel having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Pitt Gross lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Mario Michel. In the 72nd minute, Esau Preuße ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mario Michel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Hoser's Mario Michel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Hoser from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Hoser getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Hubertus Habbel hit a great ball. Luca Gauweiler hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Mario Michel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Frederik Dröge. After having played for 92 minutes, Esau Preuße managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Welkershausen FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esau Preuße was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
