With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rik Buchwalder in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kasper Jetzek saved Hammelbach from getting behind. Kasper Jetzek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolf Ammermann in the 44th minute of play. Kasper Jetzek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolf Ammermann in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Niederkell's Günter Hirschberg got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Adolf Ammermann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kasper Jetzek. That made the score 0-6 in the 70 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rik Buchwalder got free with Kasper Jetzek in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Niederkell's zone, Berko Ilius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Curt Zutt came out of the goal and Berko Ilius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Berko Ilius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hammelbach's supporters rose to their feet, but Berko Ilius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Curt Zutt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 81 played minutes Hammelbach got a freekick which was hit by Fridun Tetzner. In the 82nd minute, Günter Eichel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the game, Günter Hirschberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kasper Jetzek. Günter Hirschberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. A collision led to Hammelbach getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Fridun Tetzner hit a great ball. Niederkell's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
