Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) RB Gladbach 93's Walther Reckmaier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Walther Reckmaier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hristo Rieker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Johannes Ehinger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Beulbar's goal looked a bit too open when Walther Reckmaier came free, but Hristo Rieker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hugo Schavan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the game, RB Gladbach 93's Walther Reckmaier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hristo Rieker made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Hugo Schavan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hristo Rieker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walther Reckmaier in the 27th minute of the match. Beulbar's Hristo Rieker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaman Schwarz in the 29th minute of play. After 34 minutes, Walther Reckmaier made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Beulbar's Hristo Rieker tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 38 played minutes RB Gladbach 93 got a freekick which was hit by Robert Nierlein. Lukasz Schauws received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wolfram Ostendorff came out and tried to block the shot, but Lukasz Schauws slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 42nd minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Michael Lehmkuhl kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Hristo Rieker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walther Reckmaier's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. 59 minutes into the match, RB Gladbach 93's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Mütsch came free, but Wolfram Ostendorff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kai Mütsch took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wolfram Ostendorff. Wolfram Ostendorff dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Beulbar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Zaman Schwarz scored to the left of an out of position Hristo Rieker, making the score, 3-3. If Walther Reckmaier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Krebs kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Bert Meibeck fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 85 minutes into the match, Beulbar's goal looked a bit too open when Walther Reckmaier came free, but Hristo Rieker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hristo Rieker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walther Reckmaier, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Beulbar's goalkeeper Hristo Rieker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaman Schwarz. When the final whistle sounded RB Gladbach 93 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Beulbar.
