Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Markus Hundt took the kick off in the first half of the match. FSV Leiferde 05's Sam Habel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burkhard Schnitzler in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, FSV Leiferde 05's goalkeeper Sam Habel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörg Wadehn. York Reckmaier took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Golo Nikoleit. Golo Nikoleit dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bortfeld's Golo Nikoleit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by York Reckmaier in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, FSV Leiferde 05's goalkeeper Sam Habel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jörg Wadehn. Sam Habel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burkhard Schnitzler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the game, Wolf Debus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bortfeld's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FSV Leiferde 05 the free kick. A collision led to Bortfeld getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Wolf Debus hit a great ball. York Reckmaier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Golo Nikoleit having to interfere. Günther Sporn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Sam Habel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bortfeld getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Günther Sporn hit a great ball. FSV Leiferde 05's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Burkhard Schnitzler scored to the left of an out of position Sam Habel, making the score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Burkhard Schnitzler was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hemmo Ginsberg during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 52 minutes into the game, one of Bortfeld:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 55 played minutes Bortfeld got a freekick which was hit by Jörg Wadehn. York Reckmaier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Golo Nikoleit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Günther Sporn charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Günther Sporn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bortfeld's Günther Sporn got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Golo Nikoleit made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when York Reckmaier sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burkhard Schnitzler in the 66th minute of play forced FSV Leiferde 05's goalkeeper Sam Habel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. York Reckmaier in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Golo Nikoleit, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. York Reckmaier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Golo Nikoleit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Markus Hundt struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Golo Nikoleit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FSV Leiferde 05. FSV Leiferde 05's Sam Habel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burkhard Schnitzler in the 80th minute of play. York Reckmaier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Golo Nikoleit made a huge save. York Reckmaier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Golo Nikoleit having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bortfeld's Günther Sporn got a free kick in the 96th minute. FSV Leiferde 05's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
