In the 21st minute, Joseph Gehb made a precise shot to the right of Baldo Groll. Torpedo Babelsberg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Theobald Pfeffermann sped through Torpedo Babelsberg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baldo Groll. After 30th play minutes Joseph Gehb shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Baldo Groll and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Manfred Pajonk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldo Groll was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Torpedo Babelsberg's Baldo Groll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theobald Pfeffermann in the 35th minute of play. After 43 minutes of play, ♥彡Mako Oda Fan Club彡♥'s Theobald Pfeffermann made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldo Groll was left in no man's land by his defense there! Theobald Pfeffermann took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baldo Groll. Baldo Groll dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joseph Gehb stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Torpedo Babelsberg's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Theobald Pfeffermann scored to the left of an out of position Baldo Groll, making the score, 0-9. Baldo Groll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theobald Pfeffermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldo Groll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theobald Pfeffermann in the 62nd minute of the match. Joseph Gehbs short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Baldo Groll to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Joseph Gehb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Baldo Groll made a huge save. In the 69thth minute of the game Theobald Pfeffermann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torpedo Babelsberg's Baldo Groll was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Joseph Gehb put it in 0-12 from a short distance just to the right of Baldo Groll. Baldo Groll came out and tried to block the shot, but Theobald Pfeffermann slotted it home off the left post making it 0-18 in the 96th minute.
