Baldo Groll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Schewe in the 13th minute of the match. Baldo Groll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Schewe in the 16th minute of play. After 17th play minutes Rainald Bergmann shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Baldo Groll and just under the crossbar into goal. 24 minutes into the match, Rainald Bergmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baldo Groll. Torpedo Babelsberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rainald Bergmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 42nd minute Manuel Schewe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldo Groll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Schewe in the 46th minute of play forced Torpedo Babelsberg's goalkeeper Baldo Groll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hank Brennecke made a kick off. 64 minutes into the game, Kai Kehren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Torpedo Babelsberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paris the free kick. After 64 played minutes Torpedo Babelsberg got a freekick which was hit by Kai Kehren. After 67 minutes of play, Paris's Manuel Schewe made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baldo Groll was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Paris's Rainald Bergmann in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Torpedo Babelsberg's goalie prevented a goal. Baldo Groll stood somewhat misplaced when Rainald Bergmann came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 73 minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermann Cosini during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th match minute, Torpedo Babelsberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermann Cosini to maneuver through the defense. Lukas Walther, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Paris played a much better game than Torpedo Babelsberg and deserved their victory. The Torpedo Babelsberg players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
