Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 18) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hank Brennecke made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4thth minute of the game Wilhelm Bach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torpedo Babelsberg's Baldo Groll was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Torpedo Babelsberg's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Bach came free, but Baldo Groll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Brum FC's Igli Schauberger got a free kick in the 7th minute. Gabor Rieden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hank Brennecke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15thth minute of the game Wilhelm Bach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torpedo Babelsberg's Baldo Groll was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baldo Groll had great luck who in the 16thth minute grab hold of the ball when Wilhelm Bach from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Brum FC's Gabor Rieden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hank Brennecke in the 19th minute of play. Hans Lojewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabor Rieden having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilhelm Bach in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldo Groll saved Torpedo Babelsberg from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilhelm Bach got free with Baldo Groll in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilhelm Bach had several of the Torpedo Babelsberg's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Baldo Groll as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 37th minute Wilhelm Bach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldo Groll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Igli Schauberger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torpedo Babelsberg's Baldo Groll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Miskiewicz in the 41st minute of play. Kai Kehren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gabor Rieden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilhelm Bach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Baldo Groll made a huge save. Baldo Groll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Miskiewicz in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The long shot by Pascal Marcian in the 60th minute really tested Gabor Rieden's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Baldo Groll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Bach in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Wilhelm Bach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldo Groll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Miskiewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldo Groll having to make a save. Pascal Marcian kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Wilhelm Bach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brum FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilhelm Bach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldo Groll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torpedo Babelsberg's Baldo Groll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Bach in the 68th minute of play. The Brum FC fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Brum FC's Wilhelm Bach looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hans Lojewski's late challenge caught a Brum FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hans Lojewski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Torpedo Babelsberg's Hans Lojewski got a free kick in the 73rd minute. A collision led to Torpedo Babelsberg getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Kai Kehren hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigmar Englmaier in the 77th minute of play forced Torpedo Babelsberg's goalkeeper Baldo Groll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute Brum FC were awarded a corner. Wilhelm Bach went to the cornerflag to take it. Wilhelm Bach made a great header on Brum FC's corner, it was just that Torpedo Babelsberg's Baldo Groll managed to reach the ball for a save. Lino Turk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Brum FC fully deserved thier win.
