After some careless play in the SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken defense, Jeremy Dorn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Helko Meisl. The SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Helko Meisl should have stopped the shot. Helko Meisl made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Jeremy Dorn sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeremy Dorn to make the kick off. After some careless play in the SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken defense, Winfried Mühlhäuser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Helko Meisl. The SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Helko Meisl should have stopped the shot. Helko Meisl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Winfried Mühlhäuser, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Helko Meisl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Helko Meisl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremy Dorn in the 62nd minute of the match. If Cem Özdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremy Dorn came free, but Helko Meisl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's Marc Engelsmann got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the game, Marc Engelsmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SV Neustadt-Pelzerhaken's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mittelort the free kick. Jeremy Dorn took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Helko Meisl. Helko Meisl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. There was no doubt that Mittelort were the better team. Mittelort's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
